Refund and Cancellation Policy:

• No Refunds: Due to the nature of our service-based business, all payments made for our Services are final and non-refundable. This applies to both one-time projects and retainer/subscription services.
• One-Time Projects: Once payment is made and work has commenced on a one-time project, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Retainer/Subscription Services: For retainer or subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription by providing us written notice at least 7 (seven) days in advance of the next billing cycle. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Failure to provide 7 days advance notice will result in charges for the subsequent billing period, which will not be refunded.
• You acknowledge and agree that by engaging our Services, you waive any right to claim refunds, credits, or prorated charges under any circumstances.
• Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
• These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Howrah, WEST BENGAL.
