This Refund Policy governs the refund and cancellation terms for services provided by Superpumped.agency, operated by M/S AVONE VENTURES ("we" or "us" or "our"). By engaging our services, you ("you" or "your" or "Client") agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Nature of Our Services

Superpumped.agency is a service-based business. Due to the nature of our work, which involves time, expertise, and resources committed to each client project, we maintain a strict no-refund policy as detailed below.

One-Time Projects

• All payments made for one-time projects are final and non-refundable.
• Once a project has been initiated and work has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• We encourage clients to thoroughly review project scope, deliverables, and timelines before making payment commitments.
• Any concerns or questions about the project should be addressed before payment is made.

Retainer and Subscription Services

• Payments made for retainer or subscription-based services are non-refundable for the current billing period.
• Clients may cancel their retainer or subscription service by providing us with written notice at least 7 (seven) days in advance of the next billing cycle.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the contact address provided on our website.
• Upon receiving proper cancellation notice, your subscription will be terminated at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied.
• Failure to provide 7 days advance notice will result in charges for the subsequent billing period, which will not be refunded.
• Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund for any unused portion of the current billing period.

No Exceptions

• We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated charges for partially used periods, mid-term cancellations, or any other circumstances.
• This policy applies regardless of the level of service usage or satisfaction.
